TBA Outdoors Welcomes New Social Media Manager To Expanding Team

    Two men on bikes.

TBA Outdoors, a data-driven, results-obsessed marketing firm specializing in hunting, fishing and outdoor lifestyle consumers, has hired Grant Fanning as a Social Media Manager based out of its Orlando, Florida office.

In his social media manager role, Fanning will be responsible for managing the organic social media efforts for clients including content calendar development, scheduling, posting, monitoring, responding, and reporting. He will also manage and implement the conception, design, creation, development, and production of video, audio, multimedia, and other digital media forms for clients as well as the agency.

At TBA Outdoors, we understand the integral role social media plays in creating an impactful digital presence for our clients. By utilizing social platforms as a marketing tool, companies can gain insights into user habits for a better understanding toward how people interact with a brand’s content. Having this knowledge allows companies to better reach current customers as well as develop new ones.

Fanning graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. After college, he moved to Richmond, Virginia and joined the team of a small bike shop where he managed its social media, ecommerce, photography and more. Additionally, he has worked in video production and has even produced some video documentaries.

Growing up in Virginia Beach, Fanning had a longing for mountain biking, bike packing and just spending his weekends outside. Located just an hour from the scenic Shenandoah Valley, he uses his free time to ride single track and compete in local and regional mountain bike races, and he goes camping every opportunity that he gets.  In addition to bike racing, he is an avid photographer and enjoys capturing beautiful moments in nature. Fanning joins TBA Outdoors with plans to expand his marketing and social skills while working in the industry that he is passionate about — the outdoors.
