Scott is the guy with his name on the door and that’s just how it should be. He has got a gear that most folks just don’t have; he’s as driven a guy as you’ll find and a damn good boss. He likes to say he’s old, but he’s not. When he’s not running the show at The Brandon Agency you can find him with his wife and kids on the SC coast or chasing after a pointing dog in south TX.
Todd took the helm at TBA Outdoors in 2016 after several years of sales and marketing success in the outdoor and destination travel industry. As Director of Sales & Marketing for Hell’s Bay Boatworks, he was widely credited with turning the shallow-water skiff maker into one of the most prestigious names in the fishing industry. He has led multiple brand partnerships with companies such as Costa Del Mar, Simms Fishing Products, YETI Coolers and Raymarine. As an avid outdoorsmen, Todd is immersed in the lifestyle and brings an authentic perspective that drives brand strategy as well as real world results. Todd calls Orlando, FL home with his wife and two kids.
Missy is originally from Nashville, but has claimed the mountains of Chattanooga as her stomping grounds for the past 27 years. As co-founder of KMT Creative Group, and now as TBA’s Creative Director, she has helped create strong stories for all of our outdoor clients.

Andy mostly works in covert ops — researching, gathering insights and studying audiences before he passes the info along to the rest of the gang. He has worked for clients like Costa Del Mar, Williams Knife Company, Yeti Coolers, Fish Hippie and Southern Tide.
Senior Art Director
When Todd’s not pushing pixels or behind an easel, he can be found in his favorite tree stand or casting a line into any puddle holding water. Over his 22 years as an art director, he has worked with outdoor brands such as frogg toggs, Williams Knife Co., Blue Force Gear, Hardcore Decoys, Heybo Outdoors, and the QDMA.
Since graduating with a specialized combined degree of computer science and graphic design, Nick has been using his talents to vastly improve and grow the online presence of our outdoor brands. When his nose isn’t behind his computer, Nick is either training for (yet another) marathon or finding a new fishing hole.
A North Carolina native, Jonathan earned a BFA from UNC Wilmington before riding his way into nearly 20 years of experience on the creative side of the marketing industry in Durham and Wilmington, where he made waves for clients the likes of Reeds Jewelers, Audi, Sony and Travelocity. When not working his creative magic at our Myrtle Beach office, Jonathan can be found hanging out at the beach catching some waves, cooking in the kitchen, or simply relaxing at home with his wife, 12-year-old son, 10-year-old daughter, black cat and Walker the Coonhound.
