In his social media manager and digital producer role, Marsilio will be responsible for managing the organic social media efforts for clients including content calendar development, scheduling, posting, monitoring, responding, and reporting. As a photographer and videographer, he will also manage and implement the conception, design, creation, development, and production of video, audio, multimedia, and other digital media forms for clients as well as the agency.
At TBA Outdoors, we understand the integral role social media plays in creating an impactful digital presence for our clients. By utilizing social platforms as a marketing tool, companies can learn invaluable insights into user habits for a better understanding into how people interact with a brand’s content. Having this knowledge allows companies to better reach current customers as well as develop new ones.
Growing up in Pennsylvania, Marsilio launched his own business on social media when he was just sixteen years old. He was able to partner with major outdoor brands which ultimately led to him landing hunting guide jobs leading clients in North Dakota and Missouri. He is a former D1 student athlete and attended Saint Francis University for marketing.
Marsilio enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing. This passion led him to an early career guiding hunts across the midwest seeking out waterfowl, turkey and whitetail deer. His ultimate goal is to complete the archery grand slam that involves hunting a list of 29 animals in their native habitats. This is a feat that has only been accomplished by a handful of individuals.
Marsilio joins TBA Outdoors with plans to expand his marketing and social media skills while working in the industry that he is passionate about – the outdoors.
