Happy Holidays from TBA Outdoors!

As the year winds down, hopefully you’re watching revenue numbers hitting new records during the holiday sales season. We bust our asses all year to make sure the last 60 days of the year are a huge success for our brands. Despite the craziness of the pandemic, most outdoor brands have seen an exponential increase in new customers and revenue. Hopefully your supply chain was not hurt too badly. If it was, hopefully inventory levels are catching up.

The influx of new consumers participating in outdoor activities has changed the landscape for many brands. The big question: How do we keep them? How do we drive customer loyalty?

It's the brand that adds the most value to a consumer's experience with your product and to their lives. Providing that true, authentic connection and letting your customers know you got their back, no matter what, is a sure way to win them over and over.

It takes intentionality, lots of customer research and commitment from the top down in your organization to develop a customer journey that creates lifelong disciples. It's amazing to watch this happen for a brand, and satisfying for all involved.
